Galvanic isolation between sensor, output and power supply >1,500 VAC. Cost effective pricing. Accuracy better than 0.3% or 0.5°C. Open thermocouple/sensor detection. Internal cold junction compensation.
Applications:
PLC interface for temperature monitoring and control.
Multiple thermocouples with one transmitter using a relay multiplexer.
Motor winding temperature monitoring with safe isolation specification.
Specifications:
  • Type J or type K thermocouple versions.
  • Output signal ranges of 0-10 V, ±10 V, 4-20 mA and 0-20 mA.
  • Accuracy better than 0.3% or 0.5°C whichever is the greater.
  • Internal cold junction compensation.
  • Open thermocouple/sensor detection indicated by means of a red LED. When sensor is open circuit output goes upscale (±21 mA).
  • Output load >2 kΩ for the voltage output and 500 Ω maximum for the current output.
  • Output rangeable to a minimum of 20% of the full range anywhere within the range (0 to 1350°C in the case of the type K thermocouple transmitter), can be factory set.
  • Isolation between input and output >1,500 VAC for AC powered versions and >1,000 VAC for DC powered versions.
  • Frequency response approximately 1 Hz.
  • Operating temperature -10°C to 60°C.
  • Auxiliary supply 115/230 VAC ±10% 50/60 Hz or 12/24 VDC ±5%.
  • 24 hour operational burn-in.
  • Calibration sheet provided for each unit manufactured.
  • DIN rail mounting.
  • Screw terminal connections.
  • Dimensions 25 x 80 x 85 mm (W x H x D).
