The multi-channel resistance transmitter has been designed to provide a convenient interface between resistance transmitters typically used in automotive or mobile applications. Designed to be used with single terminal resistance transducers, typically Siemens VDO Automotive type temperature and pressure sensors, which utilize a chassis-based ground return. Nine resistance and one frequency inputs are provided, each producing a 4 to 20 mA output in proportion to the input resistance or frequency. The outputs share a common ground connection with the sensors. Signal isolation is not provided. An auxiliary 9V 100 mA power output is provided for an 'off-board' RS232 RMF Communications Module.
