Differential input, 24 bit conversion. Eight selectable input ranges from ±20 mV to ±2.56 V. 12 bit analogue output conversion. Galvanic isolation to 1 000 VDC for all inputs, outputs, power and communications. Two programmable alarm output relays with independent LED operation. PC based configuration and calibration. Detailed access of all inputs, outputs and alarm levels via register based RS485 ASCII interface.
Specifications:
  • Differential Input with 5 V excitation (10 mA maximum) suited to loadcells/strain gauges.
  • Input ranges: ±20 mV, ±40 mV, ±80 mV, ±160 mV, ±320 mV, ±640 mV, ±1.280 V, ±2.560 V.
  • Analogue output - 4 to 20 mA, 0 to 20 mA, 0 to 5 V, 0 to 10 V, ±5 V and ±10 V (factory configured).
  • User friendly software calibration, output scaling, relay and LED operation, configurable zero, full-scale adjustment.
  • Maximum output load resistance 470 Ω for current outputs.
  • Minimum output load resistance 1 kΩ for voltage outputs.
  • Resolution – 24 bit basic input A to D conversion, 12 bit output resolution.
  • Linearity better than 0.05% of full scale.
  • Minimum step response approximately 2 mSec – depending upon on signal averaging settings.
  • Two signal relay outputs (24 V at 1 A). Configurable operating sense – normally open or normally closed, adjustable hysteresis and selectable delay on operate. Software latching of switching level.
  • Two red LED outputs. Configurable operating sense. Software latching of switching level.
  • RS232 using the Configuration Cable (using the Configuration Cable can operate at 9 600 or 19 200 bits/sec).
  • Isolated RS485 communications on terminals 15 and 16 as well as via the DIN rail plug-in connector.
  • Rear plug-in DIN rail bus connection for power and RS485 communications.
  • RS485 baud rates 9 600, 19 200, 57 600 and 115 200 bits/sec.
  • Galvanic isolation between auxiliary supply, input, output and RS485 communications > 1 000 VDC.
  • 24 VDC (-5%, +10%) auxiliary power supply at approx 100 mA.
  • Operating temperature -10°C to 60°C, storage temperature -20°C to 70°C.
  • DIN rail mounting with plug-in screw terminal connections.
  • Dimensions - 22.5 x 118 x 113 mm (width x length top to bottom x height off DIN rail).
