Four loadcell inputs each with individually isolated outputs as standard.
Up to 32 loadcell inputs can be used. 24 bit input conversion. 12 bit analogue output conversion. Galvanic isolation to 1 000 VDC for all inputs, outputs, auxiliary power supply and communications. Each input has a seperate, isolated output, and two programmable alarm output relays. Two averaged outputs - an isolated 4-20 mA and a simulated loadcell output for direct connection to an existing single loadcell input system. User friendly PC based configuration and calibration. Detailed access of all inputs, outputs and alarm levels via register based RS485 ASCII interface.
Applications:
Can also be used as a remote terminal unit with simple register based ASCII interface.

One 0 to 50 mV loadcell type output (12 bit).

Specifications:
  • Differential Input with isolated 1.00, 2.50, 5.00 or 10.00 V excitation (20 mA maximum) suited to loadcells/strain gauges.
  • Input ranges: ±20 mV, ±40 mV, ±80 mV, ±160 mV, ±320 mV, ±640 mV, ±1.280 V, ±2.560 V.
  • Analogue output - 4 to 20 mA, 0 to 20 mA, 0 to 5 V, 0 to 10 V, ±5 V and ±10 V (factory configured).
  • Response time input to output – approximately 1 second.
  • One 4-20 mA output for each loadcell input plus summed 4-20 mA output and 0-50 mV simulated loadcell output for existing single input systems.
