Microprocessor based module designed to provide a variety of interface options between standard process control signals and any device which requires a Pulse Width Control such as hydraulic valves and DC motors. Inputs:Current - 0 to 20 mA, 4 to 20 mA or from 1 mA up to 500 mA DC. Voltage - 0 to 10 V, 25% to 75% or from 100 mV up to 100 VDC. Outputs: Current - from 0 to 1 A, depends upon applied voltage and load resistance.
Specifications:
  • Monopolar output only.
  • 0 to 100% mA ON/OFF duty cycle (pulse width).
  • Isolation between input, power supply and output
  • Minimum load resistance at 12 V supply is 12 Ω, at 24 V 24 Ω.
  • Minimum step response approximately 50 mSec.
  • Linearity better than 0.5% of full scale.
  • Power On LED (green).
  • Input supply 24 VDC or 12 VDC ±10%.
  • Power supply current 10 mA + output current.
  • Operating temperature -10°C to 60°C.
  • Calibration sheet provided for each unit manufactured.
  • DIN rail mounting with screw terminal connections.
  • Dimensions 25 x 80 x 85 mm (W x H x D).
